Program Description
The psychology major at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø fosters both scientific and critical thinking. The program promotes the application of research methods to understand how and why individuals do what they do. The major is designed to familiarize students with several different areas of psychology.
All students are required to complete a course from each of the following areas: applied, biological/experimental, cultural/social, and developmental psychology. Psychology is a widely applicable discipline, therefore students can have second majors in many different areas.

- Behavioral health technicians at residential facilities for children and adolescents with mental illness and behavioral health challenges, or at residential facilities for adults with developmental disabilities or memory care issues
